"Newly remodeled bathrooms. Nice quality of towels. Everything clean. Excellent staff. They only clean your room on stays of 3 days or longer. That suited us, but I think you should know. But they will clean more often and/or replace towels upon request. They have a beautiful heated outdoor pool that has a privacy fence around it. "If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

"It was clean normally, but the windows do not open, the room is not ventilated. There was a very musty smell in the room. It was very difficult to be there. The staff is very friendly."

"Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night."

"The hotel is very well located in downtown Lancaster and close enough to Columbus and Hockinghills state park. The rooms are clean. Breakfast spread is nice and housekeeping is daily."

"Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged $200/ nights for 2 nights. This valiber hotel should be around $89, not $200. Very disappointed"

"Hotel was nice, clean. Breakfast food was good. Downfall was how early the pool closed down, most hotels we stay at pools are open u til 10-11. 9 seemed a little early. Also with this hotel being so close to Berliner Park, I imagine a lot of baseball players stay there like us. It was unfortunate that the breakfast didn’t open until seven. For those of us who had 8 AM games(who typically have to be there an hour early) this weekend we weren’t able to utilize the breakfast since it didn’t open...
