"I stayed here for only a few hours as my flight arrived late and ferry departed early but it really suited my needs and met my expectations. I would say the hotel is slightly older style compared to a lot of European hotels but I knew that even I booked. Close to Split airport and even closer to the Bura Lines ferry terminal which was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is right on the waterfront and easy to walk from here. Breakfast was fine. Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in...

"Location is great but I had some issues with the room. Floor was sticky with floor cleaning solution, seems to be common in Croatia. Fridge did not work at all which is tough when you want some cold water in the heat and store snacks for long stays. Remotes with dead batteries. Light bulbs burned out. Host has strange rules, not client focused. With some improvements this could be a great stay. "
