"What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a quiet street that is a short walk to city center. It’s a bit longer to the train station but my husband and I( 70+years) easily walked it twice with multiple wheeled luggage. We would highly recommend this sweet temporary home. "

"Séjour très agréable avec mon mari à Toulouse. Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits à l'hôtel dans le Studio de 30 m0² avec un grand lit. Notre chambre était vraiment très spacieuse, très propre, avec des serviettes, savons et produits de toilettes et cuisine à disposition. Les petit-déjeuner étaient très corrects, juste ce qu'il faut. Vraiment nous étions très satisfaits ! "

"Virtually flawless stay at this property. Rented a 1 bedroom with a terrace for the purposes of decompressing while exploring the city. The staff was readily available and then some without being pushy. Made an online comment in a survey regarding a minor wireless access issue without expecting it to be read much less acted upon. Within hours the staff contacted me with a great solution indicating they not only read surveys they react quickly to resolve them. Accommodations were perfect....

"Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. "Absolutely wonderful! We have just spent 7 nights in this hotel. I do not know where to start as everything was just fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent position for trams and trains yet is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. The beds are so comfortable and the staff who are all young people are amazing They work incrediby hard and always with a smile and are just so helpful and kind.
