This was a really fun place to stay - in a university! Right in the action of a cool area, 2 min walk to the trams, great cafes and restaurants nearby, the city Centre a short walk. Clean, easy, quiet, comfortable - so good we stayed an extra night. And Toulouse is a great city.

Friendly staff with quick to get information. Cheap parking and the location good walkable to city center and many restaurants around. Breakfast also cheap and big enough option for that price. Only negative side was that some dishes were not so cleaned from the visitors before me or longer. Not sure if staff controls the situation.

This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. You’ll have to find a place to park your car and walk into the campus to get a key and garage door fob - a task that is exceedingly difficult, particularly after dark. And, to check out, you’ll again have to find parking on the street before returning the fob, since the garage door does not open automatically when approached from the inside. So, in order to park in the hotel garage, you’ll have to park your car on the street at least twice, coming and going. Finally, as with many university dorm rooms, there is no air conditioning, only heating.

The hotel is part of the university and difficult to get to with the one way system in Toulouse. Definitely read the instructions with the booking as this will help. An okay hotel which is functional with a spacious but uninspiring room.

Parking is easy and then you can walk everywhere.

We chose this accommodation due to its proximity to the metro, town centre, parking and the municipal stadium for the Rugby. It scored highly in all regards.

Belles prestations mais absence de climatisation

Hôtel agréable, prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner très correct avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le gros bémol est la gestion de la chaleur en ce mois de juin : absence de climatisation et impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres autrement qu’en oscillobattant. Heureusement présence d’un ventilateur en chambre. Si vous craignez la chaleur, passez votre chemin en période estivale.

Forte odeur de cuisine dans les couloirs, normal ceux sont des "appart-hôtel". Ensemble de l'appart confortable, dans la chambre parentale petit espace pour les toilettes il ne faut pas être grand les genoux touchent le mur lorsque vous êtes assise. Le robinet est à peine fixé et les joints de la douche auraient besoin d'être nettoyés. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le dimanche matin, grande déception pour 9€ le stricte minimum. Pour le reste, bien calme pour un week-end.
