"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air con which was much needed. Fresh water daily and a lovely bottle of juice each. Close to the action for the ferry, sunset pictures and great restaurants. The views from our room had us captivated. We wished we could have stayed longer. Gracie mille 😊"
"Really friendly staff. Delicious continental breakfast included with the room. The hotel is at the top of Riomaggiore, so plan on using the 2 elevators (free QR code provided by the hotel) to go down 2 levels to the train station and the water.
Otherwise the road is very steep so expect being out of breath often.
Room A/C was artic cold and the little private balcony terrace overlooking the town was a huge plus.
Glad we drove over from France because we were able to take a side trip to Pisa...

"Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend"
