"It was a great hotel. With a lovely breakfast. Air conditioning was good accept while sleeping it seem to go up from where it was set prior to going to bed. I would of rated the stay higher if it wasn't for the technical issues they were having with the TV/cable, even being unable to use my debit card to pay for snacks at the front desks. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful."

"I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks."

"Our room was clean and ready on time. There were extra pillows as we requested and the staff were very friendly, quick and efficient when asked questions and when we asked for extra towels. Parking was plentiful, the bed was VERY comfortable, and plenty of space in the bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful, warm, tasty, and the juice options and coffee, both excellent. Check in and check out equally quick. GREAT value for the price."

"The beds were very hard the air conditioning wasn’t working . The bathroom had hair on the floor and there was poop or barf on the floor. I won’t be staying there again. I also found the prices were very high for what you got."

"No hot water in the bathroom sink .... toilet doesn't flush good... the keys kept locking us out the room and the concierge was not helpful and did not fix it"

"No service from cleaning staff at all. We had to request dry/clean towels multiple times. Had overflowing garbages and even when asked if they could clean the room, they agreed but still gave no service. I wouldn’t stay here again."
