Hotel Dekat Cinemark Round Rock 14

"Everything was great the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For some reason through Expedia the reservation for us was a Handicap room which I didn’t like at all. Only there for a couple nights so I just left it alone. Because it is a package deal where even the Hilton doesn’t know what we paid I didn’t think we could have made any changes. Live and learn I guess!! The bathroom had a barn door and it did not close off completely, in photo U can see gaps between walls and the door not...

"We have stayed in multiple Home2’s and have always loved them. Although, this one, the table in there had 2 broken legs, the lamp was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the water pressure was sub par. Luckily for us it was a short weekend trip, but overall a little disappointed in the shape of our room. The staff was friendly … for the most part."

"his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it."

"Check in girl was texting and acted like she was being bothered . She couldn’t fond the reservation , looks up and says ID . Not welcoming at all . Not up to Marriott standards , place smelled like cats . Left after 1 night to stay at the Embassy Suites down the road ."

"The staff is very unfriendly. I forgot my toothbrush and a hairbrush, they don’t carry things that a traveler may need as most hotels do. The staff was unfriendly. I see why the Holiday Inn (next door) their parking lot was full while this one was empty."

"It was beautiful and very well taken care of. Didn’t like how pets weren’t allowed when other house had them otherwise it was great."

"Well we were there because we had a basketball tournament. The location was perfect except NO washer it was broken! And one dryer ! Mind you several teams were staying there . I had 18 uniforms to wash stayed up until 1 am and we okayed at 8am the next morning . Then the dryer the filter thing was broken so my uniforms got caught and some tore ! So very upset !"

"Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side."

"My room was hot I went down to ask front desk and they gave me a portable fan. Main lobby felt very comfortable and my room was hot. I asked if someone could come by later to check the ac. Response was yes but no one came by."

"Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great."

"Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized."
