"Our stay was perfect. Last minute booking and for the price the rooms weren’t bad. The microwave and some buttons on the remote weren’t working but when we called to let them know, they offered to bring us a new one. We didnt need it anymore, so we let them know it was ok. Just didn’t wanna get charged for it. Other than that, the customer service was great and the breakfast was perfect as well. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Upon arrival home, we realized my tablet had been inadvertently left in the room. When I called the first time I was told it hadnt been located but a note was being left for the morning manager. I called the next morning and was told the tablet had been located and locked up. My family member was able to go to the hotel and pick up the tablet for me."

"Room was large and very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would hope for. What really stood out was the people who work there - from reception to checkout, housekeeping, and the very kind young man who went out of his way to provide us with some eggs, sausage and bagels when he learned we had missed the scheduled breakfast hours. You certainly don’t find that quality of service and caring very often anymore. We were impressed and will definitely stay here again when we come back...
