"The first thing I noticed when I entered my room was how wrinkled and disheveled the doublet and shams were. One of the pillow cases were all reveled and torn. Part of the doublet was hanging outside the cover. In the bathroom the shower and grout was filthy. You can tell it had not been scrubbed. I definitely could not get into it barefoot. The toilet was so low to the ground my knees and back suffered the entire time. One day housekeeping said they would come back to service the room after...

"One of the elevators was out so we had to walk to available one on the other side of the building. Our first room’s air conditioner would not get cool. When it did, it would kick the heat on. We were moved rooms and that air conditioner worked fine. Stephanie on the overnight staff was really helpful"

"New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best."

"Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t."

"After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. The lady who did clean was very sweet. Mikalylah? Staff that were helpful, friendly and polite... Torey, Harrison, Natalie and Tia, and a few others. Two women at the front desk whom I will not name were not only unfriendly, but seemed to have been bothered whenever I had a need, i.e. more towels or the times I had...
