"Really amazing hotel. Quality property and fabulous staff. I will say the street level noise is pretty loud but other than that no notes. Best part is the ease of getting in and out of this hotel with luggage which was a huge factor for us traveling with kids! Highly recommend staying here!"

"When I booked the room, it was supposed to be a river view room and a high floor when we got there our room did not have a view of the river. We called the front desk and tried to get our room changed. They told me they didn't have anything. I am being told by staff that it is Expedia's problem"
