i loved the view from the 17th floor and the beautiful night lights that changed color in the evening. Also loved the outdoor balcony. We didnt eat at the hotel ,so i cant comment on their food. Front desk was prompt and courteous. I wonder why they still have phones in the rooms if they arent working. How to contact front desk without going down, if your cell is down? Highly recommend the Anchor Grill on Pike St. in Mainstrasse area. Very old school and NICE people. Great food. Used the trolley to get back and forth from hotel to Andrew J. Brady Music center for concert. Had a great stay. Hotel is older , but I loved that they still had a bathroom. Very please overall.

Me and my Hubby started out here at this location. I lived in Knoxville, Tn and visited him. Stayed here and my hubby courted me, I found an apartment, eventually moved in with him. Got engaged, stayed here, got married stayed here. Now we are celebrating our one year anniversary together here. We love the location, staff! Amazing place. Amazing people. A special thanks to The night manager Micheal. He went above and beyond.made this anniversary very memorable and special. Thank you! We plan on spending every anniversary here going forward. The beds are horrible! You can run your hand over the mattress and feel every single spring in them. Way past time for them to be changed and after being changed rooms for this reason the other one was just as bad. We had a total of three rooms on our trip all with the same problem. The rooms were dirty the bathrooms were moldy. This hotel is past due for renovations.

This hotel has seen a lot better days... Everything is broken, cracked or stained. Hallways and elevators smell like weed.

The building exterior design was unique and the beds were comfortable. However, the interior of the building was obviously very old, small and in need of serious updating. Also, the room lacked any comfortable guest seating. The toilet/shower/tub area had no vent fan. The street entrance is poorly marked and extremely hard for first time visitors to find.

For an older hotel, the property inside was very nice. Parking garage was rather scary for 2 single ladies. Restaurant was EXCELLENT.

We called for the possibility of an early check in and were told no because they were too busy, but if I wanted to pay $50 then we could check in at two. We opted for waiting until the 4:00 check in to allow ample time for cleaning. We did not use the shower as we showered before we came, but there were wads of hair in the shower wall. There was dirt and mascara on one of the comforters. I just expected more for the reputation of the Raddison and the amount we paid for the room.

I arrived and saw how torn down the room was. There were stains on the ceiling and walls. The curtains were torn with duct tape. The balcony had cigarette bits and a soda can. The room smelled of smoke. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it. The kind gentleman at the front desk switched me to another room. It was much better, but still not clean.

I've been going to this hotel since I was a child! The property is aging however, its still such a unique hotel. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. We loved the indoor pool. My kids very much enjoyed that the most. And the pool hours are 6am-11pm, a very rare feat but it makes for more fun! We love the restaurant located on floor 18 - go and youll see why! Also wanted to point out that the beds were more comfortable than most hotels at that price. Overall, a great stay!

Our room was at a consistent temperature of 78, the ac did not work. The noise from the road was so loud we ended up getting up and leaving by 4:30 am. The shower did not drain either. However the food in the lounge was fabulous.

The property does not look anything like the photos, They must’ve been taken 10 years ago. It Has not been maintained. Our room was extremely dilapidated: Our shower was gross, tiles were cracked, A light fixture was taped together, If you sat on the toilet, it would lean forward. We decided to leave and go home. The rest of the property was in similar condition to our room.

The staff was amazing. The fixtures such as fire alarms were not set into the walls as they should be, locks on door were broken, and a lot of dirt and dust still, almost like the housekeeping doesn't do as detailed a job as you would think. Not worth as much as we paid for sure, but comfortable enough and clean enough. Elevators were a little scary.

If you want to sleep in your hotel room - I would avoid this hotel. The traffic boise is relentless and the windows appear to be made of "air" as they have absolutely no sound insulation properties at all.

Nightly rates are surprisingly low. Great customer service. It was a random over night stay after spending some time at an amazing pub down the street. From booking the stay, checking in and checking out in the am, it was beyond smooth. Will definitely tell friends and family they need to stay here sometime.

The condition of the room was very poor. Definitely did not look like the pictures on the website. I had a room with two beds. Both of the beds were slightly sunken in. The boxsprings were stained/dirty, the pillows had a yellow tint to them. The shelf in between the beds was on a slant therefore no beverage could be placed there. The freezer had a very thick layer of frost in it. I was extremely uncomfortable and left the same day I checked in.

I can't give an accurate review till the insurance is sent back to my bank account. Most things at the hotel were broken but it was decent. Should be cheaper, a best western is in nicer shape with better quality. The lady at the bar was nice though. A lot of things were broke.
