"The breakfast was standard fare, eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes/French toast, fruit juice and coffee. There were also bagels and toast with appropriate fixins'. Bar offered beer and wine only and a limited food menu."

"When we entered our first-floor level room the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. There was no seating except two bar type stools at the counter. The kitchen was not furnished with anything at all. No coffee maker no hair dryer. There was a cabinet door missing. The room was tiny and you barely had room to walk. The bathroom was bare minimum useable. We have had previous stays at Extended Stay that was pleasant but not this time. Also the TV remote did not work, and we...

"Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. "
