"Very friendly and responsive staff. Condo was exectly as expected: clean, all kitchen suplies we needed, with comfortable beds to sleep in after a day on the slopes. We had a great time visiting Red River and the location of Auslander is just a few minutes walk to the lifts. We would highly recommend this place."

"The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room felt a little dated but was spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and nearby businesses. Overall, we would stay here again."

The property is beautifully situated within a national forest, creating a peaceful setting where we could fully relax. Vernon made us feel especially welcome from the start. He is incredibly friendly and warm, and personally reached out to provide detailed information about the property. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. We spent our Christmas vacation here, and when our car broke down in Taos on Christmas Day, Vernon came to our rescue like a true Christmas angel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are deeply grateful for Vernon’s kindness and hospitality."
