Apartments in Cikupa

"When i try to check in, i have to ask security. Security help me to contact owner but no one answer.Throgh hotel.com i left a message and he said i have to scan passport. Finally he ask a friend to assist me to check in another apartment.It take me 2 hours to check in. Bad experience and no WiFi in room."

"I don't usually review properties, but in this case I feel it's my duty to share what I experienced. Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room. Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself),...

"The first apt they give us,very dirty. Dust everywhere the bathroom have mold Bed bug on bed and the apartment smell. We asked to be moved and the same thing with the second apartment with a bit clean. I have to clean the apartment my self to make me comfortable.I found out on the last day of my trip that this apartment only to be rented monthly and good luck if you lost your property in this apartment.The agent was not honest.I will NEVER stay here again."

"This place is a joke! It looked good on the pictures and it was cheap. But I made a mistake. Let me tell u why. I booked for 3 nights. There was no checkin counter. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. From the front door of the building and the street which literally a car can passby was 12 inches. This is wrong. They could have built an illegal structure building. I’ve...
