Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Our stay overall was great! The sargassum issue on the beach was a downfall especially due to the smell that happened some days but the free shuttle to Laborie Beach was a great option and made up for that. That was nice that the resort offered that to make up for the beach on the resort not being usable. Food was amazing! The addition of the Cococafe was a plus. The only downfall was we were assigned an ocean view room and it was one of the outdated and not renovated like most of the rooms which were newly renovated (so that was a bummer for our 10 day stay). The only other suggestion which comes from my kids would be: that they have an ice cream shop available (included in the all inclusive) throughout the day/night to grab ice cream when Coconut Walk buffet is closed. Ice cream was only available at lunch and dinner at the buffet or for purchase at the store in the lobby. Maybe add that to Flip Flops or near/at the Coco cafe as an option along with coffee. The staff was super nice and attentive always. It was a pleasure being on the resort with such amazing staff especially the entertainment staff. They made our stay so much fun!"

"What started out as a shaky beginning to my stay at Bel Jou was quickly turned around by the thoughtfulness, professionalism, and accommodating attitude of the onsite manager, Dean. His willingness to listen and address my concerns made a noticeable difference to the overall experience. From that point on, the stay became much more enjoyable. The atmosphere shifted to a relaxed and welcoming vibe, allowing me to settle in, unwind, and truly enjoy what Bel Jou had to offer n they did have lots to offer. The highlight was the Thursday evening BBQ. Foood. Drinks and a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Dean for his genuine hospitality and for going the extra mile to ensure that what could have been a disappointing experience became a memorable and enjoyable stay."

"Ladera Resort was even better than we imagined. Our suite was incredible-the best view & amenities. The entire resort staff was extremely kind and helpful (special shout outs to Vianney, Felix & Ariella). Highly recommend booking a meal package because all the food is incredible. We were so happy to stay active utilizing the outdoor gym, fitness center & hiking trails with incredible views. Highly recommend Ladera for your honeymoon or any special occasion!"
