"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"Terrible service during check-in and checkout .. I almost missed my flight due to mismanaged checkout process. BLD restaurant at the hotel has terrible service. Tables were not clean, silverware was not available. Bar service was very slow. Had to wait for 1 hour to get my first drink. The servers seemed unresponsive to repeated requests to check on my drinks and food."

Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark.
