"Stay away from this hotel, it’s dirty, front desk is a mess first they gave us a smoking room, then changed for a different room which we hadn’t booked and finally we were giving another room with just one bath towels, one very worn out face towel, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the fridge in the room doesn’t work either. The pillows are very thin and the view is a dirty gás station. We had booked the room with half board the front desk person had no idea what that was. The dinner was another...

"Excellent location for business traveller. Local bus and 3 wheeler transport 3min walking distance from hotel to Colva and Benaulim beaches for relaxation. "

"Literally across the road from station so ear plugs a good idea. Needs some updating in rooms and typical Indian standard of cleaning but good air con and nice staff. Good on site restaurant way too far from beach if that’s your pla."

"Room was neat and color combination was pleasant. They hired a good team for uniqueness of the room. Staff was good, smiley and very helpful. If you want to stay in a very calm and to relax ....this will be a good place. I was skeleptical before booking but it is worth. Food was also good. I hope they have a food menu in the room. "
