"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. Level access to the hotel and good lifts made getting into and using the hotel easy. The accessible room was fantastic; plenty of room for us to move around and the bathroom layout...

"Great and helpful staff. We were headed to Ukraine with trucks for the army. They provided extra parking, an early beautiful breakfast and even packed us snacks for the road. We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast plentiful. But most of all the staff was so gracious and caring."

"Very central to old town and only 10 minutes walk to main square. Few minutes from train station, which is 7 stops to airport (15 minutes approx). Great stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things? Also, to get into the hotel you must run a gauntlet of restaurants and their touts, including one for this hotel, who try to get you to eat there."

Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays.
