The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "Wonderful property with 17th century roots. Short walk to medieval town centre and surrounding panoramic views of countryside. Bring walking shoes since all streets are up and down, and no elevators inside buildings. Easy access to good food and wine all over town including at the Palazzo."
"The Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The bathroom is a bit small and awkwardly situated and the shower was not the best but adequate. We would stay here again as it is near the train station, bus station, Hertz rental car office and the waterfront and walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent. "
"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.

Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.
