"Small property (10 rooms), below main square (168 steps to main piazza). Very clean. Quiet. Staff exceedingly nice. Breakfast included (they went ahead and packed me a large breakfast when I had to get to a conference early). "

"The hotel is in a lovely location. The views from the breakfast area and from our room terrace were spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and in abundance. Servers were attentive."

"We travelled throughout Italy for 3 weeks and this was hands down our worst stay! The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend."

"Everything here was great, the room, the views, the staff A+++++, breakfast, terrific, parking great for me - I was told to rent a small car, I did, no problem parking, others that got bigger cars couldn't park on property. I would definately come back here!!!"
