"Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."

"Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend."

"We had the first floor suite or mini apartment with fridge (freezer box above it) microwave, kettle, full size dishwasher and sink. They kindly left us a bottle of red wine and biscuits and two bottles of water. We went to Conad supermarket which wasn’t far by car, we are driving. Or Carrefour express within walking distance in town. Many restaurants locally. Being British we don’t like to eat late. We can recommend Centrale as they were always busy and cooked all day. "We booked this B&B for one night but wish we'd stayed longer. Our hosts, Katerina and Valerio were magnificent in every way. Our room and facilities were perfect. You can step out of the bedroom into a lovely garden/patio with tables and chairs where you can watch the sun go down over the mountains. Excellent breakfast too. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk away..... We went to the one opposite the church. The food was amazing... especially if you like Porcini mushrooms! This place...

Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so.
