"The place is cozy. The hotel is a bit neglected, and the rooms could use some renovation. The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). "This is a TERRIFIC location in Marbella. Highly recommend it for that, plus the staff (especially the owner's son) were most friendly. Also, the AC, was outstanding which is so important when it is hot. However, do not expect any amenities, at all. There is no coffee/tea hotpot, and the rooms are very basic, the shower is fine just a little older per design. Tis a shade up on price based on its simplicity - BUT, you're right next to Old Town Marbella and the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk. I...
