Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Chugoku

"Great beautiful location, if you are looking for a remote Japan experience. The location was clean and the staff were helpful. The bath/shower area smelled of mold so that was the only down side."

"Clean room, modern feel, not such a big room but comfortable bed and pillows. Good amenities and lovely staff."

"Great hotel"

"What a complete nonsense hotel! Outdated rooms, a bathroom from 60s, if you want your room cleaned you need to pay additional 3,300 yen per each cleaning, the outlay of the rooms is horrendous, free drinks are watered down, the rooftop patio has the most uncomfortable sitting arrangements. Almost like they do not want you to spend time there. When we were checking in, we were told to check out just drop off the keys in the box in the elevator "no need to come and talk to us". They really do not...

"Breakfast and all the free snack and drinks were excellent."

"Perfectly located right at the station. Spacious hotel rooms with a great view"

"The Onsen really helped me relax at the end of the day. The hotel is well located, close to the Memorial Park, restaurants, and the shopping district. The breakfast was very good. The ceiling of our bedroom had patches of stains."

"The staff. Omg sweet as can be. Would stay there again"

"Such a comfy hotel and brilliant location. This doesn't have a reception and cannot leave bags once check out "
