"quick check in process. room was good size and facing Mount Fuji"

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji, and you...

"The hotel is well located within easy walking distance to the train station, geisha district, samurai district, Castle and Garden. Breakfast is delicious. Very nice and helpful staff. We would stay there again."

"we stayed here because we had an early flight the next morning. easily accessible to the airport and has a free shuttle to the terminals if you prefer not to walk, which is about 15mins. there's also free breakfast! and a good spread which will satisfy most palates. "

"Nice staff and convenient location. The room was clean. The pillow was very thin and one should ask for an extra even before going to the room."
