"I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. "Overall it was a 10/10, only thing I wish would have been different is the rooms that aren’t the villas had baths instead of stand up showers only. That would have made it perfect, while not being an onset giving the onsen vibes. Overall highly recommended if you plan on staying hakone for an extended period of time and you’re on a budget."

"ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。"

"Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "Very clean room and nice hotel, free drinks and sake tasting. The hotel is 3-stop by tram from Toyama station and walk to the Toyama station is about 15 mins. It is very close to the Toyama castle and the famous glass musume. "
