"Front desk were amazing, Joan in particular. Beds really comfortable and room good size. There is a step up into the shower (about 15cm) which means it's not ideal for tall people or those who struggle with steps. The hot water and pressure were fantastic though."

But what sets Nesuto apart.from others, for me .is the staff and how accommodating, professional, available , any issues get solved so quickly that you hardly notice them and just move on. Always go above and beyond standard expectations. And if like to take this opportunity to say thskyiuysmd that it's nice to know one place still remembers what true hospitality really is"

"Loved our stay at the StandardX! Exceptionally designed property in a fantastic, central location. The Rose St artist markets are next-door on the weekend and well worth a visit. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, the rooftop bar is fantastic - perfect spot for a few sunset drinks. We also had drinks in our room on Friday afternoon before heading out and I was pleasantly surprised by how good their spicy marg and martinis are. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely be back!"

"I didn’t like that we waited 40 minutes for a simple breakfast of muesli and cereal. We arrived at 6.50 am and were served at 7.30am. This was concerning as we had medical appointments in Richmond."
