We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Struggled to get in and out the bath to have a shower as there was no handrail - I felt very unsafe.
