"Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!"

"Staying here is like camping out. Lukewarm water the first dat and no water at all the second day. The family who run the place woke us up with a very loud argument. The room was dirty. TV didnt work. Lots of ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. Dont stay here if you like getting a good nights rest. "

"The room was clean though didn't have heating or a kitchenette available as advertised on Expedia. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website."

"Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. "The staff was wonderful and the location of the property was beautiful! I will mention it is up in the mountain so a little remote, but they are great with free transportation. Also, note that the domes are not glass on the top. You only get glass on the sides of the room."
