"Amazing area everything you need right by the hotel. Front desk staff some were very nice some were not and we got the feel they didn’t like having to deal with Americans in general. They were not helpful when we asked for help. Definitely worth the money."

"I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby. Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food. Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day. Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus to Narita and Haneda just in front of the train station."
