"Everything was very good to great. Only recommendation is the staff be up to speed on availability of the trolley transportation. The check-in staff didn't know and as guest we didn't know to ask. We just stumbled on the availability ourselves. "

"The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early. However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting. Loved the area."

"Ample parking. Good location and clean rooms. However, the place need some serious upgrading. Room has a foul smell that i think comes from the AC. The curtain is stained some kind of liquid. Staff are friendly. "
