"Great location for using the train and very easy and quick subway ride to central Vienna. Rooms are small and efficiently designed. The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. All and all a great choice if you will be using the rail system or want a more budget accommodation just outside the city center. "

"Everything runs electrically. Can be a problem when a fuse blows or something needs to be reset. The elevators are also purely electric and challenging as they only provide one elevator at a time so if twenty people need to go down the wait could literally be 20 minutes for the system to figure things out. The location is superb. Ten steps to the U4 underground as well as shopping and restaurant center literally in the same building. Walls are thin but if you sleep heavy you are good. Almost all staff were friendly and helpful. It rained and snowed during my stay so I did not use the air conditioning. The heat was not fabulous. It maxed out at around 68F. I would definitely stay there again with the understanding to bring certain items that were not provided and leave extra time for the elevator inconvenience. There are no stairs available to go between floors. They are locked and only opened in case of fire. "

"The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. We were really satisfied with our stay, it’s great value for money."

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "

"I arrived late at night, but there was staff available and we were able to check in. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes as two guests were ahead of us. The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly. Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated."
