"Room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was top notch. A very pleasant stay."

"The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good."

"The water pressure in the shower was quite low. The temp of the shower was either quite hot or cool, took a while to get to a warm/hot. Otherwise it was good."

"Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value."

"I was incredibly impressed with my experience at White Oaks Resort and Spa. Starting with the staff, they were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and up-to-date and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed all the food we had. We ate breakfasts and dinners and had appetizers all from the restaurant, “Play”. "Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. "Well as a veteran I feel appalled to have to pay $25 to park period in your already full lot when parking down the street is $10? Just to get in my room no fridge no microwave and a TV that needs the hand of God to operate (the remote was trash)one waste basket beds that sink a very noisy ac unit and cant even turn the bedside light on because only half of the 2 outlet wall receptacle is working so no I wasn't impressed and get some better pillows Jesus!"
