"Booked through Hotels.com. Sadly the room advertised wasn’t the room we felt we got. Booked executive got deluxe. Room was nice. But very high windows which unless you were 6ft you couldn’t see out. Room was well decorated. Bed was very comfy. Nice temperature in room. Bathroom was nice. Room was a little dark near desk for getting ready, Breakfast room looked very nice. Well laid out buffet. Breakfast looked lovely but a little cold. Coffee was great. Would like to stay again. Hopefully it would turn out a little better. Didn’t use the pool facilities."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Bristol. As a first time traveller to Europe, having stayed in busy London hotels, I was quite impressed by the relative size of the room. All of the different staff from booking, through check in and check out were so warm and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. Further, the building was immaculately maintained for a rustic (intentionally rustic) spot. The caretakers of this property known exactly what they are doing and are maintaining this spot as it should be. Thank you! Absolute gem of a hotel, strongly recommend."
