Parking and check in is also a disaster."

"Hotel was going through construction at time of stay…limited parking very noisey and all of this made it hard to even get into our room. Bare minimum for cleanliness. "

"This property was amazing. Rooms were very clean great amenities and all. And the ocean view was breathtaking. Waking up and opening the sliding glass window and hearing the sound of the ocean is just so relaxing. I would definitely give this stay 5 stars"

"Pools need updated , cabinets are falling apart by the pool area . No towels are available. You have to pay for parking 35$ separately from your stay .. beach was fun . Splash bucket isnt made for littles the little area was super windy . "

"Our second time here and we love to location. It’s near the Pier Park shopping area that’s walkable from the Hotel and the beach is across the street. Self parking and Valet are available and checking in and out was a breeze. We didn’t really have to go anywhere. "
