"Superb hotel! We’re really glad we found this place for our 4-night stay in Beijing. The garden is absolutely charming and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and a few coffee shops in the area. One tip: if you’re taking a taxi, wait for the driver at the hutong entrance instead of asking them to drive inside. We made that mistake, and the driver had to navigate the narrow hutong, but luckily they managed to get through without any scratches!"

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"The staff were amazing at this hotel however before staying here I stayed at the regent and to be honest the regent felt more luxurious because of things like they had bath menu,pillow menu and free minibar which had wine etc and face masks . But to reiterate the staff were amazing and appreciated their touches for my engagement. But the hotel just felt lacking coming from the regent"

"I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The location is good and very central, making it easy to explore the city and get around. The rooms are spacious and generally well maintained. However, I don’t think this hotel lives up to a 5-star standard. The room only provided instant coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. The shower showed visible signs of mold, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I usually prefer firm mattresses, but this one felt more like sleeping...

"Old hotel but clean. Near Beijing Railway Station. Good breakfast. Nice cafe environment. If you check in late at night be prepared to wait. Staff are short and not available late. Our room was old but clean and very large, with bathtub."

"Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Beijing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was convenient for visiting Beijing’s main attractions and getting around the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."
