"Un personnel tres attentionné â la réception comme au petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est bien situé mais les chambres sur rue sont bruyantes tôt le matin. La clim est tres bruyante et la salle de bains inadéquate. Un rapport qualité prix correct."

"On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value."

"Stayed there on May 14 2026 at room 2025. Excellent Room service. They even did room service in the evening when I went out for dinner. They refilled all the stuff that I used. Afternoon high tea and evening drink and snacks mini buffet at 24 floors is excellent view, service and good food."
