I woke up covered in insect bites from the bed bugs or whatever was infesting the linens. Basic amenities were missing: body soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty on arrival. When I requested refills, staff showed up with diluted mixtures in old water bottles, half-filled the dispensers, refused to top them up properly, and then tracked muddy footprints all over the bathroom floor and even onto the towels.
