"Very nice room in the Valley Wing. The buffet breakfast is included daily (covering two persons per room). The restaurant at lobby level offers amazing choices with a high cooking and serving food stations, serving Chinese breakfast, pastry, Korean and Japanese food (for breakfast). The staff members are all polite and professional. For the daily all inclusive room rate of about RMB 2000 per night, it is a good deal."

"The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. Truly special. Thank you!"

"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
