"This hotel is beautifully located right by the ocean, offering stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally large and spacious, with a private spa on the balcony and an incredible view of the sea. The property features several swimming pools, including a breathtaking rooftop pool. The grounds are also wonderful, with lovely gardens, as well as tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. There is so much to enjoy within the hotel that you may not even feel the need to go into the city, but if you do, the front desk can easily arrange a taxi. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta."

"We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view of the sea and no bird watching in the morning. "
