"Room was clean but really could use some major updates. There were some things in the room that should be addressed before they cause damage. There were some breakfast, well French toast was pretty good. But all the generic Walmart brand things was not acceptable to me. How about some real butter. The coffee bar really the hot water was placed in a totally different area. The powdered creams, really. I was not impressed to say the least"

"Stayed five nights. Hotel and room were very clean, A/C ran great. On the 3rd day of our stay, I asked for maid service and when I arrived back at night the bedding had not been changed, nor was the bed made up. I called the night manager to let them know and to make sure to let the day staff know to change the bedding the next day when they cleaned the room - no apologies and they didn’t let them know. The next day they cleaned the room but still didn’t make the bed. Strange that they wouldn’t do it automatically after a guest had stayed a few nights. We didn’t even ask for maid service until day three of our 5 day stay. Disappointing, but the great mattress made up for it. Best sleep ever at a hotel."
