That might explain why there were very few people staying there. Our room was tiny even though we paid more through Hotels.com than the hotel charged. Be sure to request an even numbered room which will be larger. The restaurant food was tasteless, but a 15 minute walk away is Restaurante La Pincoya which serves delicious, ample-sized, and affordable meals, including vegetarian choices. Good service, friendly staff. Too bad the same can’t be said for Hotel Panamericana/Ancud. "
