Main problem is that owner, manager is only present at certain hours..she speaks only limited English...is pleasant enough but if she is not present, no one is there to assist you. I would still...

"Alma Chilota was simply a fantastic property to stay at! Our room was large & beautiful, overlooking the water, and very well appointed - better than the online pictures. The small inn itself was full of local Chilean/Chiloe art and plants. I'd stay again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Castro. "
