"Was skeptical at first because the property is older and the doors to the rooms are on the outside. The room itself had a strange odor when we first walked in- almost like the carpet had been cleaned and not completely dried or maybe the room hadn’t been used in a while. We bought an air freshener plug in to help with that. The room was clean and it worked for our last minute long weekend. Housekeeping came in everyday with fresh towels. We did not eat the breakfast as to so many choices in the area. It was a very easy walk to downtown."

"We generally enjoyed our stay with the highlight being the central location in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and the parking was convenient. The property feels old, kind of stinks and our room was very dated but it was clean. My daughter loved the pool area as well. In general it was a nice stay but I do wish it felt more updated and that the beds weren't so rickity."
