"I booked a 2 queen bed room in advance and when I showed up they had overbooked amd only had 1 bed rooms left despite booking in advance. The lady was very rude about it an insisted I never booked despite me showing the conformation. They didnt offer any sort of refund even though i paid in advance and without telling me sent a another charge on my card since the 1 bed rooms were more expensive. Unprofessional and i dont recommend booking there "

"They downgraded me to a queen room when i paid for a king because of my height i hang off the end of a queen Staff was dismissive and rude Room was ok little rough sliding dore wouldn't close Ac unit was very noizy construction in the area all night "

"Our room was dirty. My wife found an old fake nail beside the bed and the lights in the bathroom were taken from a horror movie the way they flickered on and off. When I showed the front desk the picture of the old nail the last basically laughed it off and said "Sir you got a very good deal on this room". Not the point... I've stayed at better properties for less and the staff were actually accountable."

"Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice room with good beds. There was a hair in the bathrub but looked otherwise clean. We used the pool as well. The pool was nice and clean. "
