"The staff went above and beyond to park my oversized van. It was greatly appreciated. The room was nice. The staff was excellent. As I approached the front desk to check in, the person at the front desk noticed I had trouble with a bad knee and, without asking, changed my room location closer to the elevator. Excellent service! Great location for the convention center. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the mini fridge in the room was only a fridge and no freezer (which I need for the ice packs I use on my knee). I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there the next time I come to a convention."
