"Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean."

The location could not be better. It is literally a 2-minute walk from the cathedral and within walking distance of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. And then there is Ana… ❤️ She deserves a review of her own. She is one of those rare people who makes you feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, and warm, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special. Of course, hosting is a business, and at the end of the day, that is how most people see it. But with Ana, you can truly feel that it goes beyond business. She genuinely cares about her guests, about making them comfortable, happy, and at home. She made us feel welcomed, embraced, and truly looked after. Her kindness made an already wonderful stay even more memorable. Everything in the house reflects the same level of care and quality.
