"Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. "

"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! "It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch."

Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. "Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need in the kitchen-and a washing machine! Great WiFi and great communication with owners. We stayed in two different ones, first one no problem, second one we had an issue with a smell in the bathroom and not only did they send someone to clean right away, they gave us a discount! Super convenient to walk around, really a lovely place!"
