"This is a beautiful hotel right in the Punta Arenas town square. My wife and I arrived late and left early so we didn't get to useany amenities but the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable.and the hotel was gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked with how nice it was - definitely exceeded expectations. Also the bed and shower were both excellent. Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a place in Punta Arenas. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time here."

"The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!"

"This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!"

Agradeço o carinho e respeito das recepcionistas de manhã/tarde (Ignácia e outra que esqueci o nome) + Fernando (noite). Como sugestão, um frigobar seria interessante nos quartos. Mas o hotel é muito bom."

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful in planning hikes the day we left. Decor was fun and beautiful. Food was outstanding, local and large portions we used some fir our dinner the next day, "
