"The good: Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. WiFi worked well. The bad: Air conditioner was very noisy. Also, the coffee machine was ridiculously loud. Floor sloped. We specifically asked for a ground floor room, which we were assured we had and the room they gave us was upstairs. The pillows were hard and lumpy."
