"Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. "My 3 night stay was not a pleasant one. There were issues with the AC right from the start, it was 37C. Although I tried several times using WhatsApp number they provided and emails to have it repaired it was not. They didn't allow me to move to a different room that wasn't used when I was there. Frustrating part was the new owners didn't respond till 4 hrs later, when did they text "sorry", but the AC was not repaired. These are new owners from the US, not like the previous owners. The rooms need some sprucing up and the lounge chairs are it tough condition. "
