"This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper, and all around better hotel."
"Kristian, the host, greeted me warmly as I was walking up the alley. He quickly grabbed my bag (which was very heavy) and proceeded to walk me to my room. He then led me upstairs to their rooftop patio and pulled out a paper tourist map and showed me all the sights and transportation options.
I was only staying one night as I was joining a boat the next day so I didn’t have time to explore as much as I would’ve liked. The next morning was very windy and pouring down rain so I texted Kristian, this was Sunday morning at 7:40am, to arrange a taxi. He was not on the island at the time but he responded promptly and arranged the taxi for me. He also told me that if he’d been in Procida he would’ve driven me to the marina himself. Kristian was very kind, spoke English very well and was super helpful. I will definitely stay at DC House again should I go back to Procida. I highly recommend this place. "
"We stayed for 3 nights and had the most fantastic experience! The hospitality was outstanding—so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pristine, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and a lovely start to each day. Parking was also really easy, which made everything so convenient. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Bacoli!"
"We had a lovely stay here. Mario was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. He gave us many recommendations and lots of information about the island. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on premises restaurant, located under a beautiful lemon grove. The property is walkable to the marina. We thoroughly recommend La Casa del Faro. "
"This is an ok hotel. The people working there are very nice but don't speak English which was a bit of a problem for us. Our room for 3 (couple and a teenager) was quite small, taps were all quite seized from limescale in the water and the rain shower head sprayed all over the bathroom, which made our room rather damp and musty. The cleaner kept leaving our room door unlocked until we asked for no cleaning. I wish i could have shared those not huge issues with the staff rather than in a feedback section but we just couldn't communicate with them. In fairness, they tried their best to be helpful. The lady at the bar speaks a bit of English and was very, very nice. "
