"Beautifully rustic place with everything you could want for a quiet getaway. Cabins are well maintained and stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. A binder with all the information you could possibly need is in the cabin and late check in was a breeze! I will definitely be back!!"

"The floors are dirty if you're going to walk, barefoot I don't know why they're not kept up. No ice machine working. Door needs to have a seal at the bottom. It's really open to any kind of insects/lizards that can possibly walk-through. Breakfast wasn't too bad basic continental. It's good for a day or two stay."

"This place has no hot water it gets lukewarm at best, there was some drunk hanging out all night in the room next to me out in the hall nobody would do anything about, the hot tub did not work the pool was nasty the breakfast if you could call it that was corn flakes and milk out of my damn jug stay away from this place I might have got bed bugs"

"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! "The worst possible hotel ever!! Bed bugs in one room. 2 towels for 2 people. One pillow each. One was a pull out bed not a king bed. Bugs everywhere. No ice. No internet and tv worked some. Air worked. The management was terrible. We paid for three days only stayed one cus daughter was sick. Or we would not have stayed. No refund either. Charged me extra to checkin 45 min early and there was not one person checked in. Do not stay here!!!!!"

"This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

"Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place."

"The hotel seems fairly new, however, the issues with the rooms don't seem to be kept up. Our bathroom fan was broken; lights weren't connected to the room switches in the sofa area or bed area; safe battery was dead; a/c was making a weird whistling noise. Although the room was nice and set up nicely, these were just issues that should be resolved."

"The hotel is five years old yet it looks and smells brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved using the clean pool. We will definitely stay here again."
